Dear Cast, Crew, Parents, and Volunteers of Matilda the Musical,
I want to extend my deepest congratulations to every single one of you for your exceptional contributions to ACTS Rising Stars’ production of Matilda the Musical. What an incredible achievement!
To our cast, your talent, energy, and dedication were evident in every performance. You brought these characters to life in ways that only true artists can. Watching you transform into all of the beloved characters was nothing short of magical. You’ve shown us all the power of imagination, resilience, and the importance of standing up for what is right.
To our crew, your behind-the-scenes work was just as essential to the success of this show. Whether it was moving those crazy blocks, lugging set pieces, helping with transitions, or supporting the cast in any way, your teamwork and commitment were truly remarkable. You proved that every role, big or small, plays a part in creating something beautiful.
To our parent volunteers, thank you for your tireless efforts. From helping during rehearsals and performances, providing meals and encouragement, your involvement helped make this production run smoothly. You went above and beyond, not just for your own children, but for every young person involved in this journey. Thank you for your support in the audience and for cheering on our talented young performers. Your presence in the audience, your smiles, and your encouragement were a vital part of the experience. You created an atmosphere of love and appreciation that made this show even more special. Purchasing and assembling an outdoor space was such a wonderful benefit for our cast!
Finally, to the adult volunteers, your leadership, expertise, and dedication were instrumental in guiding this production from start to finish. Whether you were directing, choreographing, designing, building or painting the set, creating the program or making sure our space was ready for every performance, your passion and commitment to nurturing the talents of our youth is truly inspiring.
Together, you have created a performance that will be remembered for years to come. This show was a testament to your hard work, passion, and the collaborative spirit that brings communities together. Each one of you played an important role in making Matilda the Musical a resounding success. In fact, it was so well loved that you sold out every performance and made sure that ACTS theatre and The Rising Stars program will continue to provide an artistic theatre performance for many in our community.
Once again, congratulations on this phenomenal achievement. I am incredibly proud of what you have accomplished, and we all look forward to seeing what the future holds for each of you.
